From the entrance very friendly and professional intake to seeing the doctor, everything was excellent and perfect. I had already given up getting help, was in extreme pain, and came to CityDoc Urgent Care-Uptown. I was helped right away and prescribed medicine. Both the assistant and the doctor were excellent. My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!
