Fast service great staff clean office happy with the visit

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

Since I was presenting with a sore throat and fever, and I was prescribed doxycycline, I’m surprised that nobody even looked in my throat to see if there were signs of a bacterial infection. Isn’t that standard procedure? In addition, I informed the medical technician that I was taking Cialis for BPH. I was prescribed cough medicine that is contraindicated for an enlarged prostate.

Everyone was wonderful on my visit.  The only negative thing I would say was the check in process.  You enter your information on an iPad then a paper form then you get a text message to enter the same information.  And I was a repeat customer.

Everyone was so kind, professional and prompt. I was really feeling sick when I came but started improving by the next morning, thanks to the wonderful care I received.

The young lady at the front desk treated with exceptional Service. I was seen within minutes upon my arrival. All of the staff were kind, pleasant and friendly.

Great experience. In and out the door in 15 minutes, making appointment very easy and I was able to make it within an hour on the same day. Will definitely use this urgent care in the future.
