I had a wonderful experience today with the very helpful staff at AFC. From the front Desk to the lab to the PA everyone was patient and friendly.   The PA answered all my questions with calmness and sincerity. The scheduling was a little tricky but I caught on quickly. I highly recommend them. Thank you again for all that you do!

Cory was amazing. My only major concern was that I identified that my daughter had a medication allergy and the APRN who saw us prescribed the one she was allergic to (which I picked up at the pharmacy and paid for) and I had to call back and get a different one. If they document allergies, that should not be ignored when prescribing.

The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.

EVERYONE was friendly and caring and I didn't wait. Area was very clean as well.

The staff was very nice and was so great with my 7 month old.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.
