Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Definitely recommend. Ease of getting appointment, great and attentive personalized care by Mardi.   Check-in process is a bit time consuming (check-in only at front desk - there used to be an online or in-app option but that is gone, then wait to get link to fill out questionnaire, then get in wait list) entire process can take 15 - 20 min.

Girls at front desk could use some pointers in professionalism and bedside manner.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

They are awesome. Fast, friendly, most importantly they listen to your concerns and what you tell them is going on and then check you out and you‘re done.  I would go again. ❤️

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Easy check in & cared for quickly. Felt safe, a priority for them, and full part in diagnosis assessment. Well done!

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
