Dose of amoxicillin was wrong.  Max dose for big kid and adult is 500mg twice daily for strep throat.  Doc gave 7ml bid for 400mg/5ml. That would have been over.  We are a medical family so we’re able to check that.  We are now giving her 6.25 mg twice a day two equal 500 mg twice a day with liquid amoxicillin because her weight pushed her into the adult dosing schedule.  As a medical provider, I know sometimes calculations can go awry. Consider re-checking. Our pharmacist also did not catch that.  We know that happens sometimes. However,  If your EMR does not catch that, especially consider re-checking each time.  Appreciate you being open on Labor Day.

Had a 3-4 day history of cough and head congestion. 10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.
