The transition to the new system made it impossible to schedule online.  I had to call in. First call was disconnected and I had to call back and wait in line again.

Had to get a COVID PCR test unexpectedly to fly to France and we got it done! Tyler is the best! And Julian was so gentle with the nasal brush.

I have been here multiple times this month & every time it’s the absolute best experience I’ve ever had in a medical facility. I really don’t have the words to adequately describe how truly special this place is! Brittney & Tiffany are my favorites! They are unbelievable humans & I’m so blessed to have met these amazing women! I feel so seen, & genuinely cared for each person here is amazing as well, it’s not just 1 or 2 people it’s the whole staff & Dr’s. I wish I could make this my primary care it’s that special! I was taken in as a walk in patient late in the evening with some really scary symptoms I’d been having. Despite being a last minute walk I was seen a lot quicker than expected and despite being the last patient of the night the staff were incredibly patient, sweet, and took their time with me. Karen was the MA and she was so warm and welcoming, Jennifer was equally as wonderful and listened to my concerns and did not dismiss my worries. I didn’t get the name of the person working the desk but they were very kind and helpful as well. I went from having a pretty bad 24 hours to feeling a lot better because of them, thank you so much!!!
