I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

Staff was friendly from the time I walked in until my visit was over. They listened & answered all questions I had & if they needed any extra information they did not mind you giving insight. I definitely would recommend going here for quick responses and almost better than going to the hospital even got my xray on sight

I love the Cecil B. Moore Mydoc urgent care location so much I will always come to this location the service, the care and so much more is absolutely amazing, to me this location is the meaning of what healthcare should be for patients!

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
