I absolutely loved my experience here! Docs in Stratford is my absolute favorite location. Everyone there is super sweet and they make you feel comfortable. This location is very clean and organized I’ve never had an issue with scheduling, rescheduling, or follow ups they’re always on the ball. Check in is also very simple especially if you complete the forms prior to the appointment.  10/10 recommend!

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Definitely recommend. Ease of getting appointment, great and attentive personalized care by Mardi.   Check-in process is a bit time consuming (check-in only at front desk - there used to be an online or in-app option but that is gone, then wait to get link to fill out questionnaire, then get in wait list) entire process can take 15 - 20 min.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Lauren, the nurse practitioner, was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and addressed my needs a great asset to Hartford healthcare

The staff was very nice and was so great with my 7 month old.

Cory was amazing. My only major concern was that I identified that my daughter had a medication allergy and the APRN who saw us prescribed the one she was allergic to (which I picked up at the pharmacy and paid for) and I had to call back and get a different one. If they document allergies, that should not be ignored when prescribing.
