Definitely recommend. Ease of getting appointment, great and attentive personalized care by Mardi.   Check-in process is a bit time consuming (check-in only at front desk - there used to be an online or in-app option but that is gone, then wait to get link to fill out questionnaire, then get in wait list) entire process can take 15 - 20 min.

I absolutely loved my experience here! Docs in Stratford is my absolute favorite location. Everyone there is super sweet and they make you feel comfortable. This location is very clean and organized I’ve never had an issue with scheduling, rescheduling, or follow ups they’re always on the ball. Check in is also very simple especially if you complete the forms prior to the appointment.  10/10 recommend!

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.

I was very happy when Ashley walked into the exam room! I've seen her during past visits. She is attentive, listens, asks me questions and her concern is genuine and appreciated.

Except for the FREEZING 🥶 TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long too… but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful
