Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

I've gone to other "urgent care" facility' and did not realize how lacking they were until I went to AFC. I feel I received the comprehensive care that was necessary for my ailment at the time. Fast, complete and courteous service. I am impressed and will recommend this facility to friends and family.

Definitely recommend. Ease of getting appointment, great and attentive personalized care by Mardi.   Check-in process is a bit time consuming (check-in only at front desk - there used to be an online or in-app option but that is gone, then wait to get link to fill out questionnaire, then get in wait list) entire process can take 15 - 20 min.

It's refreshing to see staff dressed professionally. Especially my nurse. She was great!!

Went in feeling really sick and was seen and given meds in less than 20 minutes. No waiting  it was a wonderful experience and the staff and Dr. were very attentive and caring. Will definitely be going back.
