From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.  It was easy to make the appointment and there was barely a wait.

Came in urgently requiring stitches! Staff was so calming and attentive! Took great care of me. Had a revisit to check the wound and will return to have my 6 stitches out. I’m a healthcare professional and I definitely recommend this place. Front checking to appt’s to care the staff was great!
