The staff is professional but very friendly and put you at ease. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes before I was seen for treatment. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable, and explained in detail what medication would be administered and the course of treatment that was required to resolve my medical issue. Short wait for COVID testing. Whole visit was about 20 minutes and the PA was extremely nice and listened to all my concerns

Have gone here forever and always made an appointment. I get there 10 minutes before the appointed time and am out within 20 minutes at most! Staff is super friendly, efficient and answer any questions. Recommend them to all my friends. Moved to Richmond and the lab here is closed on Saturdays. So if I need lab work done on Saturday, I go to Clinton Twp. lab.

Of course with any Urgent Care, you should expect to wait your turn. I may have waited 30 minutes, was called back and given immediate attention. The Dr. (can't remember her name) was very attentive. Didn't seem like she was in a hurry to move on. She listened and answered all my questions. W.C.
