Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

I absolutely loved my experience here! Docs in Stratford is my absolute favorite location. Everyone there is super sweet and they make you feel comfortable. This location is very clean and organized I’ve never had an issue with scheduling, rescheduling, or follow ups they’re always on the ball. Check in is also very simple especially if you complete the forms prior to the appointment.  10/10 recommend!

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

Definitely recommend. Ease of getting appointment, great and attentive personalized care by Mardi.   Check-in process is a bit time consuming (check-in only at front desk - there used to be an online or in-app option but that is gone, then wait to get link to fill out questionnaire, then get in wait list) entire process can take 15 - 20 min.
