Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Woke with coughing and wheezing and hard to breathe. Got an appointment right away and medication to help me. Staff was very pleasant.

I absolutely loved my experience here! Docs in Stratford is my absolute favorite location. Everyone there is super sweet and they make you feel comfortable. This location is very clean and organized I’ve never had an issue with scheduling, rescheduling, or follow ups they’re always on the ball. Check in is also very simple especially if you complete the forms prior to the appointment.  10/10 recommend!

Had a scheduled appointment for a blood draw. Excellent quality of care. The lady who took my blood was extremely gentle and the doctor was a sweetheart. Also the folks at the front desk were very kind and considerate. Would come back here for sure.

Definitely recommend. Ease of getting appointment, great and attentive personalized care by Mardi.   Check-in process is a bit time consuming (check-in only at front desk - there used to be an online or in-app option but that is gone, then wait to get link to fill out questionnaire, then get in wait list) entire process can take 15 - 20 min.
