Sorry to say my Rx was not called into my pharmacy and the North Haven phone number on the invoice and on line is not a working number???? How do I get the Rx that I need???

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Based on unavailability of my PCP was referred to urgent care.  Upon arrival was greeted & instructed on how to check-in, since I did not have an appointment.  Staff were friendly, patient & helpful.  Accepted my medical insurance.  Seen within a half hour.  Doctor was professional & listened intently to my concerns/symptoms.  He spent time explaining the possible cause & made a referral to a specialist.  Was very satisfied with the care I received & would recommend DOC urgent care to friends & family.

Dr Wilcox and the staff were very nice and helpful. 10/10

The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.

Had to go there to get a physical for my job it was fast and easy the people they were very nice bedside manner was great and very clean that's what I like keep up the good work and thank you 😀

Girls at front desk could use some pointers in professionalism and bedside manner.

I do like the way they do it, is easier then another places.
