I had a wonderful experience. It’s not my first time being there the ladies are welcoming, as well fast pace, wonderful staff.

First time here, staff and doctor are very nice and thorough.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Every staff member is so nice and it’s always a quick and easy visit when i’m there

My appointment was for a physical. When I arrived, I was told there was no provider. I could complete my vital signs and go to another location to see a provider. Unacceptable and a waste of time. Seems like I could have been notified that a physical was not possible. I got no less than 5 reminders for the appointment.

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

Asthma, coughing and sneezing. Staff was great love the service. Everything was great.
