Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Had to go there to get a physical for my job it was fast and easy the people they were very nice bedside manner was great and very clean that's what I like keep up the good work and thank you 😀

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

I was treated very nicely but condition did not improve after trying what was suggested so ended up at hospital Tuesday PM. I was treated at Peconic Bay Hospital and if you want to see what was really wrong you can look at my records there. I don't know how to rate quality of care at your place?

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

Girls at front desk could use some pointers in professionalism and bedside manner.

Definitely recommend. Ease of getting appointment, great and attentive personalized care by Mardi.   Check-in process is a bit time consuming (check-in only at front desk - there used to be an online or in-app option but that is gone, then wait to get link to fill out questionnaire, then get in wait list) entire process can take 15 - 20 min.

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

EVERYONE was friendly and caring and I didn't wait. Area was very clean as well.

The staff was very nice and was so great with my 7 month old.
