I have been to Orthofast twice in the last month. The PA/Fiore and Dr. Ahmad were excellent. They were knowledgeable, kind and thorough. The wait time was minimal. The facility is very clean. The clerical staff was friendly and efficient. We are fortunate to have an urgent care for Ortho in our area. Not only are you seen by an Ortho provider but you avoid the exposure to illnesses at a standard urgent care. My family has been to this facility many times for Urgent care, Surgery and Physical Therapy.

I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. The waiting time was short, the doctors were good, and the staff treated us well. I live in the Bronx, and I go there most of the times for urgent care service. This is my favorite place to get care! The provider and the staff are friendly ,exam room is clean, and the wait time is always super short. I like URGENTWAY and their way of treatment too . Highly Recommended!!
