I scheduled an appointment through the app with ease. I received a follow up text to confirm the appointment which is a great reminder , check in was easy and the girl at the counter was very nice. An excellent visit, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of medical staff. The blood test was done accurately with very little pain. Last time I had a blood test (another place), they couldn't find a vein (and blamed me), then they jabbed me many times. I had big bruises and pain for months. What a difference going somewhere they know what they're doing
