It was a quick and easy process! Dr. Adam, Aisha and Ynnalizz were AMAZING!! they made me feel comfortable and made sure I was all set to go.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Each and every staff person was very friendly and professional. It was a positive experience

My appointment was for a physical. When I arrived, I was told there was no provider. I could complete my vital signs and go to another location to see a provider. Unacceptable and a waste of time. Seems like I could have been notified that a physical was not possible. I got no less than 5 reminders for the appointment.

I was a walk in so scheduling didn’tmatter check in was easy. Staff and the care was phenomenal.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Sorry to say my Rx was not called into my pharmacy and the North Haven phone number on the invoice and on line is not a working number???? How do I get the Rx that I need???

I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

The dr and staff were very kind♡ Actually loved the Dr!!! She took her time and gave the best feedback ♡ God bless would definitely recommend her to anyone

Girls at front desk could use some pointers in professionalism and bedside manner.

Based on unavailability of my PCP was referred to urgent care.  Upon arrival was greeted & instructed on how to check-in, since I did not have an appointment.  Staff were friendly, patient & helpful.  Accepted my medical insurance.  Seen within a half hour.  Doctor was professional & listened intently to my concerns/symptoms.  He spent time explaining the possible cause & made a referral to a specialist.  Was very satisfied with the care I received & would recommend DOC urgent care to friends & family.
