Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

The care was great. The dr was very professional and kind They made sure my prescription went to the correct pharmacy I will be using their services again

From the front Desk to the lab to the PA everyone was patient and friendly.   The PA answered all my questions with calmness and sincerity. The scheduling was a little tricky but I caught on quickly. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
