I have been there twice and wait time was 5-20 minutes. Staff is kind and location is very convenient. I love my $15 co-pay and the nurse practitioners I had both times were very understanding of my issues. 2/15/19

The Receptionist, Nurse and Dr. Anna Mathews all were very friendly and helpful. I was treated with dignity and respect. I was very pleased with my diagnosis and treatment. I have visited this facility several times and feel the same about every visit.

I went because my primary care dr was fully booked on this particular Friday and I did'nt want to go the whole weekend coughing and with severe sore throat pain. Also because this clinic is affiliated with my Dr. office. I have never gone to an urgent care clinic before, however if the need arises I would go back to Lewisville Family Care for treatment.

I went in for a COVID test on Saturday. The entire process went very well. Every person I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Don't expect to be in and out in 5 minutes. It takes a little time but I was kept informed of each step. The provider came to my car and spent quality time answering any questions I had concerning COVID. This was the first time I used EMC Express Care and will use them again if the need arises.

Absolutely wonderful experience. In and out in less than an hour with a broken ankle 😳 Wonderful, friendly, thorough service and excellent care. The young lady at the front desk, Quiana, is a jewel! She was sooo sweet, caring and compassionate from the moment I called, to my check in and my check out. My nurse, Perla was excellent! She took great care of me, handled my x-rays and got me fitted for my boot. They were both exceptional! Quiana & Perla, THANK YOU both for being outstanding at your job and for making me feel so important! Dr Johnson was also great. He was thorough and explained everything with a great bead side man or. The x-Ray tech was also super sweet and thorough with getting the correct pictures. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you all for your outstanding service! I now consider Rockwall Urgent Care as MY Urgent Care Center for any future emergencies and I live in Mesquite! They are totally and absolutely worth the drive!!! THANK YOU ALL for your wonderful care!
