This was my first visit and staff were very professional and courteous. The wait time in my opinion as a first time patient was minimal. I was greeted immediately upon entering and was attended to right away.

I made an appointment and was seen on time. The staff was friendly especially the person who tested me. This was my second time at Chai and both times were so easy’! I received my test results from the pace the very next day.

Very easy to schedule and get set up our first time there. All paperwork was done via an iPad which made everything move quickly. All the staff were incredible. Highly recommend. Lots of attention showered on my feverish four year old - she now wants to visit whenever we walk by.
