Went there yesterday morning not feeling well i checked in and not even five minutes later i was getting called to the back i wasn’t even there for 15 minutes in and out service very friendly staff

I came in for a cat bite. I don't usually have male doctors, but this doctor was so nice. I believe he noticed I was anxious. He gave me space while he explained everything, didn't sit close like the other doctors. He also apologized for having to mess my arm since it hurt.

I wasn't feeling my best and needed to be seen so having problems with dizziness and ear ringing and pressure and peeing alot

American Family Care got me signed in and my physical done in a short time and I was on my way

It took no longer than a hour and I was in and out !

The staff ( The employees were very courteous and professional. My visit was handled with care .

Doctor and staffers are so nice. Thank you so much However patient has to do more worth to fill Al paperwork instead the front desk needs to do for helping patients My insurance is the United Health Care that is Not the Optum healthcare

I don’t think it really matters to book an appointment. I booked for 10:45a and wasn’t seen until 12:30p Perhaps this was one of those unusual things like too short of staff. I was charged $50 twice because the first card I used they told me there was a glitch in their system so I used another card only to find out that the first card went through. I am still waiting on reimbursement from January 5. I spoke with Kiara and sent her the documentation showing that they received both payments. I have yet to hear from her as of January  21. This is unacceptable and poor customer service!

My experience was decent except Yolonda at the desk for check in. She was rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I complained about her time with me and she told me to just pay and move on. I continued to say she was being unnecessarily unkind and she said she didn’t have to be kind and that her being snappy was not a problem because I didn’t know what she might be going through. She infuriated me and when I asked for upper management she told me to Google the number and would not provide it. I plan to escalate the matter.

Having urinary symptoms and post shingles pain. Wait time within limits.

The staff did a great job of listening to my issues and handled all of my vitals quickly and smoothly.  This is a place I would definitely visit again if needed.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
