I came in for a cat bite. I don't usually have male doctors, but this doctor was so nice. I believe he noticed I was anxious. He gave me space while he explained everything, didn't sit close like the other doctors. He also apologized for having to mess my arm since it hurt.

Dr Pam was great & so was the staff. Appreciated the courtesy & kindness & was attentive to every detail of my problem. Would highly recommend AFC to anyone.

Unfamiliar with the options for Urgent Care, in the Cullman area, led me to visiting Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, based on a trusted friend providing an excellent referral and personal recommendation, for myself, and my two kiddos, of whom have all experienced these unpleasant sickly germ infested symptoms, for going on 3 days…  Not only was the staff, beyond exceptional with personality, there was a flare for professionalism and informative conversation, from the very beginning, during a call to confirm insurances and scheduling nuances, but upon arrival, it was to be noted that, that this level of unmatched kindness and compassion and efficiency, was the standard of each and every interaction, of which we were so fortunate to be engaged with, throughout the entire process of our visit! Specifically, the clear and unambiguous nature of the initial vitals and assessments, with details and explanations for the plan of care, via labs and testing, following by, shared diagnostic information, with an appreciated dialogue and an inclusive approach of treatment, ensuring understanding and supportiveness!  I cannot recommend Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, and the team of phenomenal support staff and medical providers, enough! The staff did a great job of listening to my issues and handled all of my vitals quickly and smoothly.  This is a place I would definitely visit again if needed.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
