Didn’t have an appointment. We walked in. Typical paperwork in any US medical facility. Took longer than usual to get us us in because there was a change of staff going on. Took a bit longer than expected for the doctor to see us. But she was phenomenal! Went out of her way to work on getting us an appointment with a specialist. I would definitely go here again is needed. Facility was very clean and awesome. Staff is very friendly and communicative.

My child was sick and I could make an appointment for the same day and with a short wait time. It was a good experience for my child because he’s scared of doctors and in this urgent care the stuff and doctor were so polite with us and especially to my child.
