I found this location (Winter Garden) and the staff was so accommodating, kind and simply the best (5 star from the reception desk, to the nurses and doctor). The vibes I got after this visit were that this practice truly does care about your loved one's health. PS: Reserve a time slot and do the "paperwork" online IN ADVANCE to save time for everyone :)!

Ignore all the old reviews, there is a new doctor in charge and she is amazing! I've been to the office on 2 occasions in 2023 and the staff has been friendly and helpful both times. The office and the rooms are clean and tidy. I didn't wait long either time to be put in a room, and once in the room waited about the expected time to be seen. Dr Cruz does a great job of listening to the reasons for being in the clinic and was very thorough with solutions. I was able to go next door to a different medical office for an xray and got that done very quickly, and then Dr Cruz gave me the results and a treatment plan. She even followed up with me the next morning to see how I was doing.

Definitely recommend Altamonte MD. I needed a rapid COVID-19 test and they lived up to rapid. Staff was friendly and professional!

Amazing staff, always feel welcomed and like Im important. Dr. Johnson is very patient, thorough and knowledgeable. I've been going to this place for over 10yrs and was struggling prior trying different places year after year. I was so happy I found them and still am. Always very clean as well. Love the the staff and the level of care!
