Medical service is very professional and everything is on time-great place

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

My appointment was for a physical. When I arrived, I was told there was no provider. I could complete my vital signs and go to another location to see a provider. Unacceptable and a waste of time. Seems like I could have been notified that a physical was not possible. I got no less than 5 reminders for the appointment.

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

EVERYONE was friendly and caring and I didn't wait. Area was very clean as well.

The staff was very nice and was so great with my 7 month old.

I was a walk in so scheduling didn’tmatter check in was easy. Staff and the care was phenomenal.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

My Experience at LI Urgent care in manorville was excellent. Scheduling on line was easy, very little wait time when I arrived, Establishment is modern and very clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, The PA (Nicole Gardocki) was was Great , very knowledgeable and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this provider.

Staff was great and took us in immediately in a holiday weekend.  This was the only facility we found open and was well worth the 15 minute drive.   Convenient location and outstanding staff that was caring and very responsive.  Highly recommend!!

The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.

This is the best place. They are very caring and attentive to your issues. There is not a lot of waiting at all. They had great personalities and made you feel welcome.
