Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

My appointment was for a physical. When I arrived, I was told there was no provider. I could complete my vital signs and go to another location to see a provider. Unacceptable and a waste of time. Seems like I could have been notified that a physical was not possible. I got no less than 5 reminders for the appointment.

I was a walk in so scheduling didn’tmatter check in was easy. Staff and the care was phenomenal.

The dr and staff were very kind♡ Actually loved the Dr!!! She took her time and gave the best feedback ♡ God bless would definitely recommend her to anyone

My Experience at LI Urgent care in manorville was excellent. Scheduling on line was easy, very little wait time when I arrived, Establishment is modern and very clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, The PA (Nicole Gardocki) was was Great , very knowledgeable and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this provider.

Except for the FREEZING 🥶 TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long too… but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!
