There was only one person on staff in the whole place. She was great but she shouldn’t have had to do everything by herself. I was there for two hours. Feels pointless to have all those available time slots for appointments on the website if they’re not actually available. I’d rather have fewer options to choose when I schedule if I could actually be seen during my appointment time. The doctor was on an iPad so she couldn’t do much.

There was one doctor on duty. She was really friendly and very apologetic about the wait time. She never once complained either. She just did her job the best she could and I never felt like she was rushing me out the door. Get her some help!

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Upon arrival was assisted as soon as I entered no waiting, everyone was courteous and helpful.

EVERYONE was friendly and caring and I didn't wait. Area was very clean as well.

went online to schedule appointment and was able to get time i wanted. no wait when I got there and was tested. Virtual exam and was called with results a couple of hours later. thank you.
