I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

Every thing was great and everything was fine —everything was very positive

It was a quick and easy process! Dr. Adam, Aisha and Ynnalizz were AMAZING!! they made me feel comfortable and made sure I was all set to go.

Girls at front desk could use some pointers in professionalism and bedside manner.

Sorry to say my Rx was not called into my pharmacy and the North Haven phone number on the invoice and on line is not a working number???? How do I get the Rx that I need???

I have to say a HUGE thank you to the staff at this location. During this crazy time of Covid-19, they were cheerful, thorough, and just downright pleasant. From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was presenting with some respiratory concerns, and they made me feel safe, and gave me a sound mind. Thank you again.

Based on unavailability of my PCP was referred to urgent care.  Upon arrival was greeted & instructed on how to check-in, since I did not have an appointment.  Staff were friendly, patient & helpful.  Accepted my medical insurance.  Seen within a half hour.  Doctor was professional & listened intently to my concerns/symptoms.  He spent time explaining the possible cause & made a referral to a specialist.  Was very satisfied with the care I received & would recommend DOC urgent care to friends & family.

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.
