Professional Ear Wax Removal

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I was impressed with the online scheduling, and availability of location and appointments. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

Except for the FREEZING 🥶 TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long too… but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

Staff is friendly and kind practitioners are wonderful  and they listen to your concerns

The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Wait time inside the waiting rm could be improved but overall great experience. T1he medical assistant was great
