They are true professionals from the moment you enter the building, from the security officer, initial screening / scheduling officer, second scheduling / screening officer and finally the clinician who performs the test. I was so pleased and impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the team and facility that I asked to speak with the manager (Fatima) to provide positive feedback in person and am delighted to be able to provide additional written feedback here. This place was very slow on the coldest day i went but the guy in front of me said they are usually fast. Maybe they were missing help. Overall i liked the place and the staff after i defrosted lol.
