Sorry to say my Rx was not called into my pharmacy and the North Haven phone number on the invoice and on line is not a working number???? How do I get the Rx that I need???

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.

Based on unavailability of my PCP was referred to urgent care.  Upon arrival was greeted & instructed on how to check-in, since I did not have an appointment.  Staff were friendly, patient & helpful.  Accepted my medical insurance.  Seen within a half hour.  Doctor was professional & listened intently to my concerns/symptoms.  He spent time explaining the possible cause & made a referral to a specialist.  Was very satisfied with the care I received & would recommend DOC urgent care to friends & family.

I have to say a HUGE thank you to the staff at this location. During this crazy time of Covid-19, they were cheerful, thorough, and just downright pleasant. From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was presenting with some respiratory concerns, and they made me feel safe, and gave me a sound mind. Thank you again.
