COVID testing & Rapid testing near me in Bridgeport, CT

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Easy to book appointment. Staff very welcoming upon arrival. Would come to AFC for any follow-up.

I was in and out quickly and the staff were very helpful

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

The staff was friendly, thorough and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

Staff very friendly. Caregivers knowledgeable. In and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Would use them again for an urgent care need.

Very quick and everyone was polite and very caring

There was one doctor on duty. She was really friendly and very apologetic about the wait time. She never once complained either. She just did her job the best she could and I never felt like she was rushing me out the door. Get her some help!

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
