          There was only one person on staff in the whole place. She was great but she shouldn’t have had to do everything by herself. I was there for two hours. Feels pointless to have all those available time slots for appointments on the website if they’re not actually available. I’d rather have fewer options to choose when I schedule if I could actually be seen during my appointment time. The doctor was on an iPad so she couldn’t do much.

          I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient from the moment I walked in. The check-in process was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. The facility was clean and well organized, which made the whole visit even better.           The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.
