So thankful for all the staff and their smiling faces in the midst of high patient volumes and continued Covid craziness. Thank you ok for being there so other employees like me can get tested and do my work as well!

I was not able to book an appointment on line, so I had to check in early morning and then sent home to wait. It took all day, but it was just because of the incredible amount of people that wanted to get a Covid test. There service and staff was very good. Highly recommend.

We did have to wait, but it was understandable due to the massive number of people seeking covid tests.

Staff was extremely friendly and professional, despite a very large workload from walk-in patients. Another location may need to be added in Gig Harbor to alleviate the patient load. (Or, this might have just been a post-holiday surge on a Monday morning.). The wait time as a walk-in patient was long (several hours), but I WAS seen the same day.

I’m really impressed. Needed a covid test and despite an overwhelming amount of people trying to get in, the system worked great. I was able to join the que and then go back home instead of having to wait. Great service.

I was in for a COVID test. There was a long wait, but they used the SOLV app so I was able to run errands until it was my turn. Very effective and efficient.

After searching 5 pharmacies for a covid home test, I stood In tearful desperation at their front doors in need of having my 10 yr old daughter tested for covid 19 on Christmas eve, they genuinely showed great compassion and kindness and squeezed her in right away for a rapid covid test. The entire stadf was caring, fast, and undersranding. Thank you Woodcreek sunrise for all your help and caring about family this holiday season, I am so thankful for you.

I loved the fact that as a walk in, I could go home and be altered when it was time to come in. All the staff were wonderful from the front desk, to our intake to our visit with the PA. Everything was explained well and any questions we had were answered throughly. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

Everyone was great from start to finish. It’s not fun taking 3 kids to the dr and everyone made it so much easier for us and we were able to leave quickly. We appreciate you all very much

I just needed a covid test due to exposure and symptoms. Despite being busy, the staff was quick, professional, organized and courteous. I don’t usually fill these out, but I was impressed.

All the people were super nice and friendly. Needing a double appointment to be able to see both kids it was really helpful when I called the office they were able to get us back to back urgent care appointments. As soon as we got in the office everyone was nice and patient with both the kids and myself and all the shuffling we had to do.

This is the best place to go for urgent care. You receive timely appointments, the staff are always friendly, they are knowledgeable, and respectful of your time. The ARNP was amazing, she showed care, compassion, and expertise! I felt very confident about my treatment plan!

The check in process for the walk in clinic was quick and simple. I waited in the lobby for only about 10 minutes. Once in the back the nurse was so kind and very personable! She listened and really wanted to understand what I had come in for! She offered advice to make the COVID text a little more bearable. It worked too! I then had to wait for the PA/DR. When she came in, she apologized for “my wait.” In reality it was all very quick. I came in for a test and came out with my results, for COVID and both strains of Influenza, in a very timely manner! The staff was courteous from start to finish! Thank you so much for the time and courtesy!

As a mom of young kids, I spend my fair share of time in clinics, all of which consistently meet my expectations. But our care at indigo on the evening of Dec. 8th was exceptional, truly exceeding all expectations for care and experience. Could I even say enjoyable!? The receptionist was friendly and prompt and our nurse was out of this world. She addressed my young son as her patient in a way that was understandable, appropriate, and comforting for him. The PA explained a clear and reasonable timeline for when to hear back from her and referred us to easily get our results online (so easy!).

Love taking my kids here! They staff is alway so nice and I feel like the legitimately listen to our concerns. Not to mention you are in and out which makes it so convenient with little ones.
