His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. I wasn't sure I'd be able to be seen on a Sunday morning, but I walked right in with almost no wait. Check in was easy and friendly. Very clean restroom and free coffee. I was seem promptly and with what seemed like genuine concern for my health. Easy and convenient. Thank you!
