Was able to be seen quickly and had a simple diagnosis with a throat swab and was on my was with eye drops for junctivitis. My illness became much more but because we did the throat swab and culture it was identified with a treatment plan.

Logan is very helpful. I’ll give her a 5 star for her great customer service.

Had a horrible UTI and they had me in so fast, checked, treated, and prescription called in! Thank you to all of NEXT CARE!!!

Presented with worsening cough and shortness of breath;  as I am visiting family from out of town I was unfamiliar with this facility.  They were efficient and caring without being intrusive or obsequious. I am a retired health care professional and was very satisfied with the visit.

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

The nurse and provider were excellent people and the visit was quick because the two at the front desk were on top of things. Very clean and plenty of seating, it was busy but hard to tell. Highly recommend!

Everyone is really attentive and caring.  Check in was quick.  I had to wait for 40 minutes to see the PA because there was only one working and an emergency came in.

Had a serious cut on my leg which ended up requiring multiple stitches. Every step of the process was explained to me ahead of time, reducing any stress I might have felt.

Scheduling was easy with plenty of convenient time options. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Staff was great. Highly recommend!

The doctor and the staff were professional and warm and friendly.   The service was excellent.

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

I have a head cold with an allergic Stye/Cold  in my eye That seemed to be getting worse. The PA looked in my infected eye and then to pursue look in my healthy left eye with the same glove on that she looked into my other infected eye. I backed away telling her “ Oh Don’t use the same finger you  used to look in my infected eye into my healthy eye. I was truly bothered by this non professionalism No both eyes have some infection. Not good practice. Pa Sarah Bryan was the PA at the time

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
