Would like to have received discharge instructions. So I knew what was recommended no one came back to my room and I waited also 20 min but another patient was guided to my room

I made an appointment and had to wait over 45 minutes because you took walk in before me! Why make an appointment!! Ridiculous! Never again

The wait time was too much even the the room I wait more than half an hour

Staff was very helpful and their care for was excellent

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Best place to get your medical needs taken care of ! Staff was all heart and the doctor was very informative and knowledgeable! Dominique was a breath of fresh air very cool!
