The PA was kind and non alarming! I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! Overall I had a decent experience here. The people are awesome except that one guy at check-in. I owe a lot to these doctors sending me on referral. I have been to the County Hospital in San Bernardino in the past and i have waited hours to be seen...(so, maybe my standards are different). It took approximately an hour in Urgent Care. Not terrible.
