I checked in online and was greeted when I walked in. Everyone in the office was helpful and kind. I didn’t remember everyone’s name but Jamorea and NP Caroline took their time to listen to me. Great care. 10/10 recommend.

Scheduling and check-in was easy. Dr. Hackett and the medical assistants are very professional and put you at ease. They also get right down to business taking your vitals, running your tests, and making sure you understand every part of your treatment. The facility is clean and there is relaxing music playing which makes the atmosphere peaceful.

Dr. Burke was very personal and answered all my questions. She was very professional and is sufficient within her assessment. I recommend her for all

I don’t think it really matters to book an appointment. I booked for 10:45a and wasn’t seen until 12:30p Perhaps this was one of those unusual things like too short of staff. I was charged $50 twice because the first card I used they told me there was a glitch in their system so I used another card only to find out that the first card went through. I am still waiting on reimbursement from January 5. I spoke with Kiara and sent her the documentation showing that they received both payments. I have yet to hear from her as of January  21. This is unacceptable and poor customer service!
